Export Controls

Lane7 Blueprints incorporate Hopr Corporation's proprietary security technology. All customers — trial and commercial — are screened against the U.S. Treasury Consolidated Screening List (CSL) as part of the delivery pipeline.

Screening step

Export control screening occurs automatically during the delivery pipeline, after email verification and before license issuance. The BDS checks the submitted name and organization against the CSL.

This step runs for every blueprint request, including trial requests.

What triggers a rejection

A request is rejected if the submitted name, company name, or associated address matches an entry on the Treasury CSL. Matches can occur against:

  • Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list
  • Consolidated Sanctions List entries
  • Entity list entries

Customers who receive a rejection email are not issued a license and do not receive a ZIP bundle.

If you believe a rejection is in error

Contact export@hopr.co with:

  • Your submission email address
  • Your Customer ID (from the rejection email, if present)
  • Documentation supporting your identity or organization

Export control determinations are made in accordance with U.S. law and cannot be overridden by support staff.
